If it's a spacious family home in spain with expensive hobbies like racing and traveling, then no
If it's a modest cottage in the hinterland and the hobby is the front garden, then yes
In the long term, I would like to have another property so that I can count on rental income and share sales. Two calculable pillars, so to speak.
