@JH90 Buy the dip is never actually the case with McDonald's. Look at long-term charts: for example, since 1965. McDonald's is always bought at the highest price, no matter when. Such a small dip of 2% or 6% is no longer reflected in the chart after three or four years.
This is a classic share for fundamental investors, not suitable for market timers: because it somehow always rises, selling would simply be stupid and waiting for a dip to enter at a lower price costs returns: but after a few years it doesn't matter whether there was a dip or not when you entered.
Basically, with McD, the earlier you get in, the better. And a little later is always better than not at all.
