After selling my 5 shares in $NEE (+0,09%) NextEra Energy yesterday with a 15% profit, I have today added to my $O (-0,05%) Realty Income portfolio today, with the idea that the hopefully imminent turnaround in interest rates will cause REITs to react bullishly again. 📈

There is also a nice dividend at the top drauf🙌🏼

DCA-ing into $O is a solid investment (in my humble opinion), but not because of an imminent interest cut (because it doesn't look like this is gonna happen that soon), but rather because of their fundamentals, of them being undervalued and them giving a monthly dividend of close to 6%.
