This trial really has the potential to become a thriller in the Friday evening program. Just imagine, after 70-80 trial dates Marsalek shows up in Russia and runs into someone's arms, is then spectacularly "kidnapped" from there, only to be unmasked at the last minute as an innocent man, who eigtl was only led by Braun & Co and was afraid of the German prosecution, because the facts against him were overwhelming :D
