Sounds like an interesting investment. However, I interpret the statement to mean that they currently have too much cash and are therefore paying out? The dividend would then have to be reduced again. 100% of the free cash flow is probably not sustainable in the long term. But if the dividend averages 8-10% in the long term with gentle growth. It would still be a strong investment.
