What Tesla can do is no problem for Hyundai Motor. Is Hyundai Motor the cheap alternative to Tesla? $HYUD

Boston Dynamics: Humanoid robot Atlas trains for work in the automotive industry.

The robotics company Boston Dynamics is continuing to prepare its electric humanoid robot Atlas for the world of work. After the company has allowed the robot to demonstrate its "sporting" and movement skills, the fun has obviously come to an end and it has to carry out its first tasks. In a video from Thursday, Boston Dynamics shows how Atlas autonomously sorts car parts in real time under laboratory conditions.

Possible use in the automotive industry

It is no coincidence that Boston Dynamics is apparently training its humanoid robot for use in car production. The Hyundai Group, which also manufactures cars, bought Boston Dynamics. The cooperation with Toyota, the world's largest car manufacturer, may also have helped to initially prepare the robot for use in car factories. Both companies could want to use Atlas in this area, which already has a high degree of automation through robots.

I love Hyundai:
- Annual dividend
- Good growth
- Many cooperations (Google, Toyota, General Motors, etc.)
- Boston Dynamics

They need to work on their debt, but otherwise tip top.

@Investment4Life I just need to find out what the withholding tax looks like. @Tenbagger2024 already dealt with this?
Since GDR/South Koreka 🤔

I only have Coupang and sk Hynix, and the dividend on Hynix is minimal. It's not worth the effort. But I can't tell you exactly what the process is like in South Korea.

Strangely enough, very few robotics stocks are currently delivering hardly any performance. Investors do not seem to believe in them yet and have not recognized the potential.
As with $TNC $6954 or $SERV

@Investment4Life It is not worth the effort, or only when it comes to dividends of several thousand euros.
20% withholding tax of which 15% is offset against the German tax.

Example from Deutsche Bank:
Dividend amount € 1,000 from Korea

Withholding tax: 200€

of which creditable: 150€

reclaimable: 50€

After deducting €19.95 for the booking of the foreign credit plus x.xx € foreign expenses and €9.95 exchange fees WON/EUR and document printing costs and postage costs, there is practically nothing left for your own work and the personal run to the tax office of your place of residence due to the official seal and certificate of residence.

@Der_Dividenden_Monteur
I almost thought so. And I'm sure it will take a very long time for the refund to be made. In Italy, people often wait until they die, and the applications usually disappear into the wastepaper basket.

@Der_Dividenden_Monteur Thank you very much!
That means it could be worth it for the first time in 20 years 🫠
