@7TraderI have also been thinking about buying a mREIT for a long time, but with the current interest rate development I am still very unsure. What was ultimately your decisive point for buying this mREIT?

@meonmonday i am not a specialist in mREIT's. I like this one for the following reasons, among others: - the company has existed since the early 80's. - strong growth and P/E ratio heading towards - stronger price loss with high upside potential. Thus, it has grown healthily - strong growth and P/E ratio goes towards 10 - stronger price loss with high upside potential. My buy range is from about € 23 and the position will be built up continuously to about € 15 - falling interest rates in the future would have a positive impact on the figures - inflation reduction act can have a positive impact - strong project partners - shareholders include Vanguard Group, T. Rowe Price, Handelsbanken Fonder, Invesco Capital..... - in addition to the interest business, there are own direct investments, various other receivables, rents and fees - banks and insurance companies are also customers, e.g. to meet their own ESG rating. This issue will become more and more prevalent, so Hannon Bonds can also serve as compensation - large project pipeline with strong partners (Engie, SunPower, Siemens etc.)
