Hi everyone, would you buy Bitcoin$BTC (-0,06%) buy more now? Or would you wait a few weeks to see how it moves?

You have to decide for yourself. I actually always buy, regardless of the price.
In the past, the 4th quarter has always been very strong for Bitcoin. The interest rate cut should continue to give it a boost and I expect it to break at least 100k next year anyway :)

@stefan_21 thank you, I think I'll wait until it falls below the €50000 mark. And then I'll buy another €500-€750.
I actually wanted to apply a 70/20 (shares)/10 (crypto) strategy.

But Bitcoin is just far too exciting, and I think I'll just have to put the €1000 into Bitcoin first and then just focus on ETFs. Because I have enough individual stocks for now.

ETF:
1300€ - $IWDA

Shares:
500€- $MC
320€ - $PLTR
260€ - $GOOGL
210€ - $BATS
90€ - $VITR ( I would like to sell if the market is positive, currently at minus 9%) prudent on MSCI World

Crypto:
320€ - $BTC

@Wiktor_06 If you are unsure about the right time, you could also set up a savings plan. Then you simply buy the average price over period X.
Or you could buy now for €250 and later for another €250.
I've often had the experience that the Bitcoin price has then run away from me and I've ended up buying a lot higher because I was "too greedy" and waited for the price to fall a little :)
If we now head towards a new ATH and you wait for the dip towards 50k, you'll be annoyed.
The other way around, if you buy now and it goes downhill again, the same applies.
That's why I can recommend a savings plan.

I have a savings plan at the beginning of the month. No matter what the price is.

Savings plan up to 80,000, then I'll look further.

Just have a weekly savings plan in there, never look at it either tbh
it has been fluctuating since February... why exactly buy now, there were many possibilities... it annoys me that it goes up/down all the time. 100K and I'm out... Many others probably too

@Pandamona Okay, I'm of the opinion that it will go up completely in the next 5-10 years. The €58,000 is nothing. That's why I think this
Often buy in tranches, e.g. 250 euros, once the decision has been made. For example, on one or two weekdays over a defined period and for a fixed amount to reach a base or the desired investment amount. Savings plans in one-month cycles are too long for me at the beginning, especially with volatile stocks.

@c-side I am of exactly the same opinion, which is why I have set up a weekly savings plan.
