@Mcl1991 the need / demand is unchecked. I don't see an end to that.

@rasta_vibration That's right. The demand is there and will continue to be for many years to come. I agree with that.
However, I do believe that governments (especially Germany) are keeping a critical eye on price trends. I also think that the governments will apply the brakes in some way and profits will level off somewhat. In my opinion, the big bull run in the sector will soon be over.

@rasta_vibration High oil prices are bad for the economy, so I don't think it will go on like this forever.
Opec has already decided to increase the production quota as they have come under pressure from politicians.
