Which is better in the long term buying $NVDA (+1,51%) and $MSFT (+0,08%) stocks individually or buying the technology index ETF $IUIT (+1,5%) ?

Ofcourse in both cases I'm adding an all world ETF like $VWCE (+0,85%)
