@Profit-Prophet the dividend from the 2 shares is approx. 50 cents. (per month). Almost like a small salary. I like Realty. In my opinion, size doesn't matter as long as the relative ancillary purchase costs don't increase with small amounts. Shouldn't be negative. (Rather somewhat humorously neutral)
