Which ETF would you recommend or what do you think of my portfolio?

I am considering the $EIMI (+0,35%) to include.

$BTC (+0,8%)
$4GLD (+1,36%)
$ETH (+0,14%) I also have one, but I'm only dividing my TR account for now
