@Zugo1 By using the cheapest single-ply toilet paper, he has saved money and can therefore increase his savings rate. And asks for our opinion on this. I, for example, prefer the four-ply and don't increase my savings rate.

@Seebi I still prefer the good old double-sided one from GDR times. Saves massively - proof? - is obvious
