I find the headline "Klarna halves workforce through AI" kind of scary for whatever reason.

@BockaufDividenden This is only possible if half of the employees in the area have had to deal with very generic things that can be solved by AI.
In other words, many "AI" systems in support are not AI, but simply text entry that works with modules.

For complex problems, human employees will be needed in this area for a very long time to come and, just as people are needed in support, they will quickly find new companies.
