$1COV (+0,28%) Yesterday, the takeover bid for Covestro fluttered into my mailbox. 62 per share.

What do you think? How do you deal with it?

I wonder why the share price is still at €58.xx?

I believe that has to do with still, some risk in the deal, like today:

"Subject to the review of the Offer Document, the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of Covestro assume that they will recommend the acceptance of the Offer to the shareholders of the Company," Covestro said in a statement. It will issue a statement on the takeover offer "in the next two weeks".

Furthermore it is well into 2025 that actual cash will transfer if at least 50% of shareholders accepts the offer

The offer has for me been the key reason to buy the share in the first place
