I also have a negative view of....long-term against 0€ the business has nothing special...
••
@Jiyanask How do you determine the long-term €0? Who are the competitors that are completely driving Zalando out of the market?

@TomTurboInvest okay let's go through.... How to increase margin?
Reduce prices in purchasing? Yes, Zalando buys too little for that and has no mass
Raise prices? Yes.... doesn't work then people buy elsewhere e.g. amazon....
So where is the margin supposed to come from?
What is the business model?
What can Zalando do better than the others?

@Jiyanask What do others do better so that they are "special" compared to Zalando?
What are the alternatives?
Who do you see as direct competitors who, as you mentioned, have so much more "mass"?
I would still be interested in your assumption "goes to 0€"? Maybe I'm missing something 🙄
PS: Increase margins through cost-cutting measures / cost discipline, like many others. What is not clear about the business model?
Have you ever looked at where Zalando is in the global ranking for eCommerce and clothing in terms of market cap and sales?
Do you know that Zalando has a market share of >62% in Germany?
Doesn't say "goes towards 0" to me, but not everyone has to like Zalando 😉
