Xiaomi SU7: Impressive. Without discussion.
However, this thing has nothing whatsoever to do with a production car.
Complete carbon bodywork, open wheel arches, no interior whatsoever (500 kg lighter than the production car), etc. Prototype without registration. The VW ID.R, the fastest electric vehicle on the ring, is comparable. But the Xiaomi is over 40 seconds slower...
Nevertheless, it's just crazy and shows where the journey is going.

•@schoebi I just found the news exciting, especially when you see what the "small store" has slowly become. They always wanted to become the Apple of the Far East with a complete eco system. I was invested here myself for a long time and we actually have a few Xiaomi devices at home.
But yes, you're right, it's a car that was created for this purpose. But who knows, maybe Xiaomi will be represented at e-car races?

@MitVerstandzumKapital Yes, Xiaomi and the SU7 are a wild bunch. They are currently shaking up "our" market - that's a fact. As the SU7 is in competition with the Porsche Turbo GT I ordered, I just wanted to give a brief assessment of the SU7's time - because it is around 20 seconds better than that of the "standard" Turbo GT on the loop - and that in slightly wet conditions ;-)
