I think the majority of the shares are actually quite good. I would probably sort out a couple. But you have to feel comfortable and nobody can see into the future. For me, there would be a bit too many positions for the size of the portfolio. If you start like that, you'll soon have too many positions to keep track of, I'm afraid.

@Memo0606 Panalpina, Henkel and Solventum were the first to catch my eye. I don't see why they should outperform a broad ETF or at least be less volatile. For me, these are the two reasons why I want to have individual stocks in my portfolio.
However, I don't know ~5 (other) stocks from your portfolio at all, so I can't evaluate them. Of course, I haven't done a more detailed analysis of all the stocks.
