I would be put off by the chart and the dividend is not a gift in terms of the share price.

As always, it's all about timing. Last year was a good one. Provided the economy plays along, there is certainly still potential from the strategic takeover.
However, in the long term, the risks should not be neglected, as UCL predicts with the Kühne Climate Center.
I am still undecided.
