Linde successor in DAX decided

Commerzbank is back in the German equity top house

Commerzbank $CBK (-6,18%) Commerzbank moves up to the DAX after the announced delisting of $LIN into the DAX.

How will the share react to this decision in the coming week?

In my opinion, a large volume of purchases will be made due to some ETFs including the Commerzbank share in their portfolio. This will boost the share in the short term due to the strong buy demand.

for me a schmutzaktie has 20 years only fallen, from 350€ in 2000 to 2.50€ in 2020. and from the TA it looks now already overbought.

I gambled the thought with Covestro in 2018. It has never reached the price before the Dax admission! 😂 Must not necessarily be that the price continues to rise...

don't buy a stock just because it slides up an index. especially if they only go up because others get kicked out.

This is probably due solely to the stock market value. Whether Rheinmetall would have been the more suitable candidate remains to be seen, but in any case it is a loss for the DAX and Commerzbank will certainly not be able to make up for it.
