Thank you for your opinions. I myself live vegetarian for about 6years and am open to different meat alternatives. I can also imagine living vegan at some point, but I don't conclude from me to society. My point is also not that the vegan replaces everything from butter to schnitzel at Veganz, but that the acceptance and thus the sales at Veganz increases.

@SuperJonas I've been eating vegan for a long time and like to test myself with my wife through vegan substitute products. I have to say that I don't like the concept of Veganz, they bring out hundreds of products in every variation but the quality often falls by the wayside. An ideal example of good product management for me would be Mühle (not on the stock market), few products but in good quality and meanwhile more sales through their vegan products compared to the meat products.
On the stock market, I would bet here on the big companies like Unilever (Vegetarian Boutcher) or Nestle (Garden Gourmet) - unfortunately, you notice that the big ones usually get it best in terms of taste and I think they will prevail in the long term in this uncompetitive market.
