$DGE (+4,31%) What do you think about this share?

Is it a good buy opportunity at the moment or do you see problems in certain business areas?

Actually a great company, in my portfolio since 2019. The company is well positioned, has strong brands and the figures are also good. The only downer is that the share price has been falling for two years... I haven't yet found a good explanation as to why it's only going down.
I personally hold both positions in the portfolio, but would not make any new entries at the moment. I would wait for a medium-term upward trend first.

@FollowMe In the past, alcohol shares were a good compensation, they did well in bad stock market phases. Corona has changed everything a bit, as the restaurant business has had to close. We'll see how that develops...

@GHFIn my opinion, it has to do with the interest rate phase. If interest rates fall again, dividend stocks will become more attractive again.

I've had the share in my portfolio for some time, as far as I know there are supposed to be growth problems and uncertainties in certain regions (Asia and South America?). But I think it's actually a solid company, and I'm thinking about investing in it soon.

@stucky8 We will know more after today's figures. As you suspected, $DGE is weakening in Latin America and the Caribbean.

@CaYaRo Yes, there is a sharp decline in the region, but otherwise the figures were actually quite okay, I thought, but the market sees it differently. I think I'll hold my ground for now
