Daimler ($DAII (-2,77%)) - Daimler's Supervisory Board has signed off on the new investment plan for Mercedes-Benz. In the Mercedes-Benz business plan for the years 2022 to 2026, the โฌ60 billion investment plan for passenger cars and vans was approved. U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has commented on the potential of a digital dollar, but is hesitant to come to any conclusions at this stage of the process. Whether the Federal Reserve should create a digital version of the dollar would require consensus among Congress, the Fed and the White House. Yellen currently sees advantages as well as disadvantages to a digital dollar and says more research needs to be done before definitive answers can be found.
