I just started and thoght I would just try some things. My goal is to get some money in close future (1-2 Years) and some in 20-30 years. What do you think about my portfolio?

Im planing to sell my 3 bottom positions $N4G (+12,17%)
$TOST (+3,25%)
$NU (-0,82%) would you sell more?
