What's so good about that? Severn Trent $SVT (-1,85%)
So those who are convinced of $UKW (-1,25%) and the dividend policy, this may also be something for them.

Thank you for your interest in Severn Trent's investor offering.
As one of only three listed water shares in the UK, we offer a valuable combination of reliable income, long-term asset growth and an inflation-linked dividend. We have a high degree of certainty for a five-year period, with sales now fixed for the years 2020 to 2025 but with increasing incentives from which we have benefited in the past.
We also have a small but growing unregulated business focused primarily on renewable energy, long-term operating contracts and real estate development.
But above all, we are a business with social purpose at its heart, committed to delivering better outcomes, not just for investors, but also for our customers, colleagues, communities and the environment.
We believe that the combination of all these elements, together with a respected management team, makes for a compelling investment proposition.
Green Power
Severn Trent Green Power produces over 150 GWh of renewable energy per annum, focusing primarily on food waste using the same anaerobic digestion processes as our industry-leading regulated bioresource business
Our food waste business has grown significantly through the acquisition of five food waste facilities from Agrivert and we expect it to continue to grow as our society becomes increasingly mindful of waste and the government seeks to make kerbside food waste collection mandatory.
Other energy sources include solar and wind farms, which utilize surplus land in our region.
You can take a look at them.
Because this will probably be a really boring position due to the time periods in which sales are regulated, I will simply add to it from time to time.
