@Fabzy Normally I would not discuss this further here. But since you've been around longer, here's the problem: BAT videos have brought 4 times the watchtime & subscribers on my channel. If I go into more specific companies (ISRG), the view numbers plummet and no one is really interested. I will still address more exotic companies (especially REITs & BDCs) in the future. This gets punished every time with the exception of Realty Income, but so be it.
