It felt like everyone on getquin had invested in $NU for a while. Things have calmed down now. However, I'm still holding on to my shares.

@DividendenAlpaka That's true. You don't hear much here anymore. Maybe when the momentum returns

@DividendenAlpaka Maybe because so many people are still invested. I'm still in it, too :)

Yep, I'm in too, and I'm up about 30%. I still see a lot of potential there. It'll probably be the first stock to move from the B list to the A list if the next two quarters and the year-end results are good.

@Raketentoni Which criteria are not included in the transition from List B to List A?

@Raketentoni Which criteria are not included in the transition from List B to List A?
image de profil
@paul_finesse_ Do you mean there are no criteria for switching from Side B to Side A, or are there specific criteria?
image de profil
@Raketentoni From the B side to the A side (switch)

@paul_finesse_ I had Mr. Prompt summarize it briefly for you:

The B-side (satellites) is reserved for aggressive growth stories, upside potential, and momentum. This is where we place companies that are conquering the market and immediately reinvesting every penny they earn back into new growth.

Once a company like Nu Holdings has come to dominate the market, its extreme growth inevitably slows down. The company matures. The wild upstart turns into an established cash machine that begins to distribute massive profits to shareholders. That’s exactly when the switch to the A-side happens.

📋 The 3 strict criteria for the switch (The AOK Grid)
For Nu Holdings to earn its ticket to the A-side, our ironclad filters must kick in:

1. From Cash Burn to Cash Machine (Cash Flow Quality):
On the B-side, we overlook weaker cash flow when growth is exploding. For the A-side, the ironclad rule applies: The FCF yield (Free Cash Flow / Market Cap) must rise sustainably. Target: > 5.0%. Nu Holdings must prove that its operating business generates massive amounts of real cash after all capital expenditures (CapEx).

2. The Dividend Debut (The Income Filter):
The A-side is our stoic income anchor. Nu Holdings must begin paying a dividend that is rock-solidly backed by free cash flow. Our minimum requirement is a 3.5% dividend yield. The only exception for a lower yield: growth remains enormous, the balance sheet is extremely strong, and the dividend grows with exceptional reliability (as is the case, for example, with Wolters Kluwer).

3. The Operational Fortress (Core Quality Formula):
The “Core Quality Score” (revenue growth in % + operating margin in %) must remain consistently above 25 (rating: very good) and be resilient to crises. Nu Holdings must prove that it is not only growing but also operating its business highly profitably without sacrificing margins in price wars.

💡 Why Nu Holdings Is the Perfect Candidate
Nu Holdings is currently taking the Latin American banking market by storm at breakneck speed. For now, it’s purely a “B-side” story: The stock is delivering strong price gains (momentum) but pays no dividend.

Once its market penetration in Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia reaches a saturation point, Nu Holdings will generate massive amounts of free cash flow. When management then flips the switch and distributes these profits as reliable dividends, the stock will have completed its maturation process. It will transform from a speculative growth stock into a rock-solid dividend payer—and will thus, quite rightly, move to the A-side of the portfolio.

I bought more at around +/- 10€, one of the emerging market stocks I'm holding for the long term.

@jkb92 A good entry point. I plan to stay invested for the long term.

I'm in, but I'm not buying more yet, since the weekly RSI has risen from below to the resistance level.

@Dirty30 Do you expect new lows or just a temporary dip?
image de profil
@jkb92 Right now, new lows between $9 and $10 would be a dream come true. That would be a brief dip below the 200-week moving average, and then it'd take off :D
image de profil
@Dirty30 Hope or assumption? To be honest, I think that’s less likely now that a bottom has been formed. A pullback to $13 or, at most, $12. There’s also a lot of volume at $12. At the low in 2025, there wasn’t yet a 200-week line, but if you try to extend it roughly, the price didn’t touch it back then either.
image de profil
@jkb92 That could very well be the case. I'll definitely keep an eye on it 😎

Yes, I'm invested too; I see long-term potential here.

I think the company is massively undervalued. AI plus banking. Not the other way around. 150 million customers. Top-tier PEG ratio. The next earnings report will show how they’re progressing in Mexico. That, the Brazilian real, and credit quality will be the deciding factors….

I'm in on this with 500 shares, too.

@jakob0308 Very strong. Even as a long-term investment? What's your buy-in?
image de profil
I still have a
small position in my portfolio. Right now, it's just sitting there; I'm not adding to it, and I'm not selling any of it either.

@mami_goes_boerse In the long run, you definitely can't go wrong with $NU.
