What is K33?


K33 ASA is a Norwegian company specializing in digital assets. It offers a platform for trading, managing and analyzing cryptocurrencies and is aimed at both private and institutional clients in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa).


K33 ASA, formerly known as Arcario AB, is a Swedish holding company with subsidiaries in Norway and Luxembourg. The company operates several business areas:


  • K33 MarketsA cryptocurrency trading platform that enables users to trade various digital assets. In February 2024, K33 Markets added seven new cryptocurrencies to its offering, including ALGO, GRT, FTM, MANA, SAND, APE and GALA. The platform supports trading pairs with seven major fiat currencies, including NOK, SEK, DKK, EUR, GBP, CHF and USD. The goal is to win back the local market in Norway and gain market share from international exchanges such as Binance, Coinbase and Kraken.
  • K33 ResearchA research team that analyzes the crypto industry. According to K33 Research, about 35% of the global crypto industry workforce is located in Asia, mainly in Hong Kong and Singapore. In Europe, most crypto jobs are concentrated in the United Kingdom.
  • Green DataAn environmentally friendly Bitcoin mining operation in Northern Norway that achieves a hashrate of almost 70 PH/s. The site benefits from low electricity prices and a cold climate, making it an attractive location for Bitcoin mining.
  • Puremarkets LtdAn interbank OTC market for digital currencies in which K33 is involved.
  • LN MarketsA Bitcoin exchange based on the Bitcoin Lightning Network, in which K33 also holds a stake.

@Pazi3 wasn't a tip just a suggestion or inspiration 😄 as it's my smallest and in my opinion most speculative of my Bitcoin Treasurys bets for a very long time. Either this thing goes to the moon or it doesn't. So as long as Bitcoin is in the bull market it will be held. If there is an end in sight, then I think I would take profits

@Semos25 if you knew that. The big Bitcoin purchases are yet to come and as long as Bitcoin continues to rise, k33 will probably also benefit. But that is of course no guarantee.
