I'll only look at the part up to the World Small Cap. You can do that. It looks good. If your tendency is still towards simplification, a 1 ETF solution like $SPYI will also suffice. With gold and BTC and possibly a Europe ETF.

A world ETF, e.g. your ETF + IMI, is enough. Europe no longer has any growth, Asia/Africa does, so IMI is better than Europe. BTC I don't have, never had, gold I have, about 10% of my portfolio, but gold was/is not better than S&P 500. Both your ETFs, world and IMI are cheap and ACC, so good.

Looks stable. I would liquidate everything below the small caps. I have one question, why do you include gold and Bitcoin in your portfolio? Are they both stores of value in some way?
