Now that $K is sold to Mars, the share and thus a building block of many a diversification will fly out of the portfolios. Has anyone here already found a successor or any ideas as to who it could be in the direction of food consumption?

I think the price paid for $K is way over the top, but I'm still pleased...
I still have savings plans with $ULVR $MDLZ and $GIS

I don't see it that way at all. It's a great title because of its terrific market position and strong key figures. Hold!
