What a year! It's only February and I've had two real highlights today.
Thanks to the absolute high in January, my portfolio has already grown really nicely - even after the small correction last week. At the end of November, I was massively pleased that I was able to reach my annual target a month early and sustainably break through the €40,000 barrier. That was quite a feat for me, as my stock market history is not that long.
When I started in 2024, my goal was to reach €100,000 by 2030. My family and friends often thought I was crazy or ridiculed me for this. Today, my portfolio reached a peak of € 50,000 for the first time - albeit only briefly - and thus heralded the halfway point. Much faster than I ever thought possible when I started! At the same time, Marubeni $8002 (-0,12 %) was the first share in my portfolio to break the 100% barrier, making it my first doubler. If I had waited for the "liberation day", it would have happened even sooner, but mistakes are there to be made.
Even though we weren't able to confirm the €50,000 today, it was the best day of my young trading career.
