A question for the specialist staff.


How do I get "incorrect transactions" deleted or how can I write them off? Both have a value of zero. I have tried with one of them. Securities $PRX (+0,06 %) A whole 0.00000000408 shares should be removed.

The value was in my TR custody account, but when I address this, getquin warns me not to do this. In addition, a value greater than zero is required, but the stuff is in there with zero. I can't check it right now 😆

Is the custody account connected via Open Banking?

@Der_Dividenden_Monteur Is called up directly, but I trigger the process from time to time, as TR does not allow open banking in this sense. Unfortunately, triggering the process several times does not solve the problem.

Moin, is the problem that you still get the fragment displayed here on getquin?

I myself have never linked the securities account via Open Banking... but can't you just sell the position here via a manual transaction?

TradeRebuplic can't book anything back in because there is no longer a position in the correct securities account.

I once had this myself with fractional shares, where I could manually throw out every oh-so-small 0.00.. position here manually.

@VP I have now corrected it manually, although getquin advised against it. Looks good so far. Both positions are out, thank you.👍

If the position is no longer in the portfolio, you can try selling it manually.

Otherwise, simply edit the last transaction, i.e. the sale, and add the remaining shares to it.
