Savings plan for my wife

I wanted to refresh my wife's portfolio and not just put it into an MSCI World or FTSI World. So I asked ChatGPT how I can set up a savings plan with the following conditions:

Individual positions < 10%

Construction and infrastructure sector

AI sector

Why all this:

The selection offers better access to momentum in the short, medium and long term and less vola in the overall picture. A total of 570 companies are included and 2 assets.

I think the amounts are too small. I would spread the 400 euros over a maximum of 4 positions

Not so bad in itself. But with the small amount, I wouldn't split it so much. Many themes ETFs. Experience shows that they are always launched at the high. I would take the All World, BTC and Gold and then another one if you want.
Defense and Nuclear are too much of a fashion theme ETF for me. AI and Robotic probably have a lot of overlap and Multifactor doesn't do so well either.

If I didn't know anything about shares, I don't know if I would be happy about this selection. On the other hand, I would probably be happy about the following selection: $MC $OR $AMZN $BTC Possibly $ELF $DOU $RMS and $1913

@Iwamoto I use different sectors because I know the sectors! The challenge with beauty in my opinion: It's a highly competitive market with a total value of more than USD 500 billion a year. If there were shares in Fenti Beauty or Huda, I would buy them. I would have bought Douglas if the IPO hadn't been so high! I still think L'Oréal is undervalued. Despite a P/E ratio of 35, it feels like they are buying the entire market! :D

Strange that a purely European ETF was selected for infrastructure.
Perhaps to reduce the high proportion of US exposure through the other ETFs.

@Tenbagger2024 No, Europeans are the best at building infrastructure. Or why do you think that European companies are always involved in building infrastructure? The US share is actually just under 58% in total, 8% through Microsoft alone.

How high is the share in the tech sector?
I think it's high, but of course it could become volatile.
Some are already talking about an AI bubble. But I wouldn't quite confirm that. But corrections can be expected at any time. We have seen that with deep sec.
As far as data center infrastructure is concerned, I think the USA is stronger. Because that's where the tech companies are. You can also see that at $VRT and $IESC. Or also $FIX

The tech share is high. Due to momentum, AI and robotics. But so is my industry share. The US is definitely the tech center in software and AI. I chose Siemens specifically because it has high scaling worldwide when AI and IoT are used in industry and in companies with products. Siemens supplies the most industrial data worldwide, no US company can match it, even if I take the top 20 US companies together! I can give you a small example: Look at Claas: the global leader in autonomous driving, because the technology is incredibly strong and even Tesla can pack up what the company can deliver from today's perspective. The scaling came from Siemens. I worked in product development from 2008 to 2020 and then worked in the nuclear industry until now. The infrastructure in terms of IT is not possible without Europe. Who supplies the power? Power plants and electrical components! The know-how is located in Germany, France and the UK. Who supplies the research? Germany! Where does the concrete come from? Where does the cooling come from? Although the US companies are responsible for the data centers, the infrastructure comes from Europe! Also in the scaling for IT! You can't compare the USA with the rest of the world and only use P/E ratios! The money is in the USA! Scaling in the IT sector is even easily possible above a 500 P/E ratio! See Palantir! And when slumps come, I'm happy that I can then buy more cheaply :) ETFs also provide, as you wrote yourself, approximate directions and where money is going!

@MrMister I have a large position in siemens myself. And I'm surprised that Siemens is hardly represented in the getquin community. For me, it's one of the strongest AI industrial stocks, I just say digital twin. Many good German companies are simply not on the stock exchange, such as Claas, Liebher, Helsing, etc. Palantir is of course also a large position in your defense ETF.

@Tenbagger2024 I once asked myself the question, if I could only invest in 2 companies, what would they be? Microsoft and Siemens! I know Siemens as a partner and customer. I used to go to Siemens PLM in Seeheim every year. Was often on site in Mülheim, Berlin Munich Frankfurt and Hamburg. I also think it's a pity that the companies mentioned are not listed.

@daddyinvestiert I understand, but I'm thinking long-term. And an All World would not be for me, as the returns are too low. It doesn't stop at €400 a month. The amount will be increased over the next 3 years
