I just started and thoght I would just try some things. My goal is to get some money in close future (1-2 Years) and some in 20-30 years. What do you think about my portfolio?

Im planing to sell my 3 bottom positions $N4G (-0,96 %)
$TOST (-2,87 %)
$NU (-0,13 %) would you sell more?

What do you think I should buy next?
