Restructuring completed for the time being...

...the sale from $O (+1,22 %) has largely flowed into the ETF and the divi + 30% tax exemption + withholding tax exemption simply fits better in contrast. So Welcome monthly payer 🫠

Have you looked at Mainstreet Capital $MAIN? Compared to realty, I think it is better as it pays up to 15 times a year.

@risk_taker_1816 thank you, but I was concerned with the comparison of the 30% tax exemption + no withholding tax, in addition to the poor key interest rates in the USA and the one still to come, and if you calculate these in contrast, you are in a much better position with the FS....

Do you think it's worth it if you also have the $TDIV? I have a position in both, but only in the global one savings plan. The vaneck is only about 1.59 shares

@risk_taker_1816 you're definitely not doing anything wrong, but take a completely different approach, so don't necessarily listen to my opinion 😉

@SAUgut77 What exactly is your approach? Mine is to take fat dividends, and maybe a little growth.

@risk_taker_1816 to beat the market (successfully) since I started in 06/2023 and to invest mainly in individual stocks.

So there is no withholding tax on the ETF? and can you briefly explain the 30% less tax please?
@Vestin Partial exemption for ETF

@Vestin the payout/dividend is exempt from withholding tax and 30% partial exemption is also tax-free.
