Solid purchase! Have a nice product. Once a CRM system has become established within a company and some complex processes have been mapped, you can't get rid of it so quickly.

The fact that plugins can also be developed and marketed by third-party companies means that SalesForce can also map edge cases quite well.

As a career changer, it is also relatively easy to familiarize yourself with the SalesForce ecosystem. This has the advantage that companies can find enough people who can adapt SalesForce to their needs.
