hypothetical portfolio streamlining

@CJAY which chart should I look at? It depends on how you define buy and hold. Buy and hold for me means 10 years and more for stocks like Amazon and Microsoft. For the other growth stocks like the ones I listed, it's more like 5-10 years.

No one has mentioned Snowflake. I thought about that, too. The business model correlates most with the cloud and possibly security area. It's just a consideration for streamlining the portfolio or replacing a sub-sector from the data center area or another cyber security share like Palo Alto.

@Buy_and_Hold_Guni MS and Amazon are also out of the question. Buy and hold for 5-10 years is also buy and hold 😉 As long as the fundamental data does not develop negatively and the investment case is still given, this is not ruled out for me personally.

@Buy_and_Hold_Guni ok, I understand, your approach is different. But the Internet, cyber security and the cloud and data area, as well as AI and semiconductor chips are not trends, but relevant infrastructure.

@Buy_and_Hold_Guni I think that if you are familiar with the areas, you can judge the individual companies quite well with a certain probability. Definitely in the short term (5 years) you can say whether entrepreneur xyz is still relevant in 5 years or not. The companies are no longer start ups but take a relevant role in their fields. But what I definitely don't see is that one of the companies mentioned will be the next Apple, Amazon, Microsoft or Google.

@Starko zip and Block also serve to diversify in the tech sector. What cheating allegations do you mean? That half of the reported fraud cases are real or intended for non-legal transactions?
