Actually, I was supposed to establish a stable investment in Norfolk Southern. After my first investment in $NSC (+0,89 %) (550€), however, the share has risen to its last ATH since November last year.

As the only profit taking in my portfolio, I am selling the stock after a 28% gain (as I said, unfortunately the position was smaller than originally planned) to invest these gains in $NKE (+9,5 %) Nike and $O (-2,72 %) Realty Income.
