After I recently did well with 2 pharmaceutical/biotechnology stocks and the shares $NKTR (+3,79 %) and also $GPCR went through the roof, yesterday I added a new $ARQT a new stock into my portfolio yesterday. They are also active in the dermatological field (neurodermatitis), but already have a sales driver on the market. Further approvals are to follow this year, which will lead to an expansion of the user groups.

This is therefore not a short-term trading position. I intend to hold it for a little longer.

In my view, last night's figures were very good. Let's see what the market makes of them today.

Here is the report on why I decided to sell at $NKTR (+3,79 %) decided to sell.

SAN FRANCISCO - Nektar Therapeutics (NASDAQ:NKTR) announced on Tuesday that its experimental drug Rezpegaldesleukin for the treatment of atopic dermatitis has shown sustained efficacy in the 36-week maintenance phase of its Phase 2b REZOLVE-AD study. The share price of the biotech company, which is currently valued at around 754 million US dollars, has risen by over 250% in the past year, according to data from InvestingPro has risen by over 250% in the past year.

The study examined patients with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis who received either a monthly or quarterly maintenance dose after at least 50% improvement during the initial 16-week treatment phase.

According to the company, 71% and 83% of patients maintained an EASI 75 response (a 75% improvement in disease severity) with monthly and quarterly dosing of 24 µg/kg, respectively. In addition, 85% and 63% were able to maintain a validated Investigator Global Assessment Score of 0/1 (appearance-free or near appearance-free skin) with the same dosing regimens.

The data showed increasing efficacy over time, with the number of patients achieving complete freedom from appearance (EASI-100) increasing two- to five-fold from week 16 to week 52.

"These data demonstrate that recpegaldesleukin as a broadly effective Treg agonist is emerging as one of the most important mechanisms under development for the treatment of atopic dermatitis," Jonathan Silverberg, professor of dermatology at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, said in the press release.

The safety profile was consistent with previous results, with injection site reactions being the most common adverse effect. The discontinuation rate due to adverse events was 3.5% for all patients.

Rezpegaldesleukin works by stimulating regulatory T cells to restore the balance of the immune system. The FDA had previously granted fast-track status to the compound for the treatment of atopic dermatitis and alopecia areata.

Based on these results, Nektar plans to advance Rezpegaldesleukin into Phase 3 trials with the goal of submitting a Biologics License Application in 2029. Although the company's balance sheet shows that it has more cash than debt, data from InvestingPro indicate that it is rapidly consuming liquidity - a critical factor given the long development time. Analyst price targets indicate significant upside potential, ranging from $102 to $135 per share. Nektar's next quarterly report is expected on February 25.

I read 2 days ago that $NKTR (+3,79 %) does not intend to submit an application for approval for the drug whose positive study data was responsible for the rapid rise this week until 2029. Until then, there will certainly be other opportunities. I therefore entered an SL order, which I kept increasing and which was then triggered yesterday.

At $NKTR (+3,79 %) until the new price target. Let's stick with it then.

BTIG has set the rating for Nektar (NASDAQ: NKTR) to 'buy'. The price target is $151.0000 after $118.0000 previously.

Prior to this rating, 7 analysts have rated Nektar with a buy rating and 1 with a hold rating. There were 0 Sell recommendations.

Analyst consensus estimates and price targets for Nektar can be found at hier. Further news on Nektar can be found hier.

Nektar's share price ended the official trading session at a closing price of $37.07. The stock's performance was up 1.3400% in the last month and up 431.1600% in the last 12 months.

According to Investing Pro the Fair Value of Nektar is $35.6395. This corresponds to a downside risk of 48.3500%. InvestingPro rates the uncertainty surrounding Nektar's fair value as "high".

In my portfolio on days like this 😉😂

Good study results are driving the price of $NKTR (+3,79 %)

I'll cautiously set foot in the door at $GSIT a cautious foot in the door. Here, however, profit-taking could encourage better entries (for additional buying).

In addition to my Nektar $NKTR (+3,79 %) position, I want to expand my biotech/health field. With Tempus $TEM (+10,99 %) and the @BamBamInvest value Procept $PRCT.

As already announced, I have treated myself to a first installment $NKTR (+3,79 %) treated myself

In my outlook in my Deep Dive, I pointed out that I see great opportunities in the biotechnology sector. Therefore, the first tranches in $MIRM (+1 %) and in $NKTR (+3,79 %) will find their way into my portfolio on Friday. I would like to introduce you $NKTR (+3,79 %) a little closer.

impressive comeback in 2025. After lean years following the coronavirus crisis, capital is once again flowing into innovative drug developers, clinical

successes are being rewarded - and investors are specifically looking for the next beacons of hope. And here I have identified an exciting stock that could cause a sensation in the current and coming years: the US biotech company Nektar

Therapeutics.

Nektar develops innovative therapies that specifically modulate the immune system

to treat diseases such as autoimmune disorders, chronic inflammation and cancer. The most advanced project, Rezpegaldesleukin, is aimed, among other things, at the

treatment of the widespread disease atopic dermatitis (AD). Patients are subject to a high level of suffering, and better treatment options are the great hope. Atopic dermatitis is one of the most common

most common chronic inflammatory skin diseases. Worldwide

It is estimated that over 200 million people are affected worldwide, including many children and adolescents. Severe itching, inflamed skin, sleep disorders and psychological stress characterize the everyday lives of patients. Therapeutically, some progress has been made in recent years - for example with biologics such as Dupixent from Sanofi/Regeneron,

which is one of the best-selling drugs in the world,

or modern JAK inhibitors such as Rinvoq from AbbVie. Nevertheless:

The clinical data to date is very encouraging. Data from the Phase

than Galderma's and that without topical steroids." Remarkable

participants who continued the treatment achieved even more pronounced effects.

Another plus point is also emerging. Many neurodermatitis

patients also suffer from asthma. Ruddock explains: "Around 25

I find biotech stocks more interesting when they are researching products for a mass market. And in my view, neurodermatitis is a widespread disease that is becoming more and more widespread due to environmental influences.

Of course, as always, this is not investment advice. You make your own decisions.
