hello dear community

$4063 (-0,88 %) shin etsu
$CRH (-0,44 %) cement roadstone
$SHW (-1,71 %) sherwin-williams
i know these values are not 1to1 from the same industry ;)
What are your favorites from the category "boring, but a potential S&P 500 outperformer"?
I'm talking about very simple ("boring") business models, but which you believe will beat the S&P 500 in terms of performance in the long term.
My top 3 would be:
Walmart ($WMT (-0,21 %) )
Costco ($COST (+0,34 %) )
Sherwin-Williams ($SHW (-1,71 %) )
I'm looking forward to your takes!

Ohio-based Sherwin-Williams reported adjusted earnings of $3.37 per share for the three months ended Sept. 30, compared with analysts' average estimate of $3.54 per share, according to data compiled by LSEG. The specialty chemicals maker reported net sales of $6.16 billion for the third quarter, below estimates of $6.20 billion. Net sales in the consumer brands segment fell 7.5% to $791 million, due to weak performance in the North American home improvement market, while sales in the performance coatings segment fell slightly to $1.72 billion.

My parents are close to retirement (2 years) and have a larger amount free to invest about 200 k€.
They would like to improve their small pension through dividends / interest.
My approach would be:
40 % ETF:
70 % $SPYD (-0,65 %)
20 % $SPYW (-0,7 %)
10 % $IAPD (-2,2 %)
40 % Individual shares (dividend growth)
a.o.
20 % Security:
10 % Cash
10 % Call money
Steadily increasing dividends and not too much risk are important.
I look forward to your suggestions 🙌😉
