JUST NOW: Louise, Chief HR Officer at Evolution, has acquired 62,500 options at SEK 30.5 each under the new warrant program — a total investment of SEK 1.9 million.
I have it in my portfolio since 1 month. No rebounce yet on the price but i am confident they will rebounce. I expect after Q2 results. #evo has been a multiyear good performer and with solid balance. Their market position is good. I think the HR officier is a smart lady.
I also have Evolution in my portfolio. I would not call it ridiculously undervalued. Due to unforeseeable regulatory risks alone (irrespective of the latest news from the UK), a share like this must be trading at a significant discount.
