I am restructuring my portfolio. My goal is to have a solid foundation that generates significant dividends which i can deploy on available opportunities. I have selected the following scheme.
Dividend generators (75% via buy and hold for 10+ years)
$JEGP (-1,17 %) 25%
$TDIV (-1,44 %) 15%
$SHEL (-1,49 %) 15%
$NN (-1,96 %) 10%
$ADC (+1,24 %) 10%
Growth ETF (25% depending on trends)
$IUIT (-3,79 %) 10%
$XAIX (-3,97 %) 10%
Note that besides the 75% of dividend stocks I have an equal share in loans that generate interest. The profit from both (dividends and interest) are deployed to the above mentioned weighted scheme.
Any thoughts on this or stocks, etf's I missed?
Is NN group a good investment?
$NN (-1,96 %) has stable sales growth and a stable market position. The company is also a good dividend payer and good share price gains could be realized over the years.
What do you think of the share? I'm planning to go in with a €25 savings plan and maybe make a single purchase here and there.
Dividend NN Group
$NN (-1,96 %) had a Capital Markets Day yesterday. I also received a nice dividend!
NN continues to buy up stock
$NN (-1,96 %) is reserving 300M a year to keep buying up it's own stock. They want to realize a working capital of 2.2B in 2028 (up from 1.9B in 2024). Also aiming for a free cashflow of more than 1.8B (up from 1.6B this year). With the use of AI and it's Future-Ready program they aim to realize an additional 200M extra revenue.
They also want to continue their "progressive dividend policy".
Share is currently close to alltime high, but $NN (-1,96 %) might still consider it undervalued. Curious to see what this is going to do with the share price.
P.s. dividends arrived today.
Dividend Strategy (Recap)
Hello everyone,
I'll leave you with an update on how the dividend strategy is going in the first 10 days of May.
It's too early to see how it's progressing. I've added similar investments for June (reinvesting dividend earnings from May and increasing the total purchase to €500 per share).
May:
$SOLB (+0,65 %) (SOLD due Stoploss bef Div. Lost: -37,40€)
$EOAN (+0,08 %) (SOLD due StopLoss bef Div. Lost: -22€)
$ENI (-1,7 %) (SOLD. +5,67€ Div). Profit: +12,99€)
$COFB (-0,26 %) (SOLD. +25,11€ Div). Profit: 14,50€)
$IG (+0,63 %) (+14,8€ Div)
Jun:
July:
It's funny because they are relatively unfollowed stocks or ones that are not discussed as much, but they are very good performers. In general I also follow Italian stocks quite a lot because they are performing much better than other markets. It is true that I am very much in Italian banking because of the dividend yield, but I am seeing other sectors with a lot of momentum now within the FTSE Mibtel such as insurance and energy.
