Hello my dears,
Due to the increasing momentum, I have taken a closer look at Amicus $FOLD under the microscope for you.
When looking at the key figures, I asked myself
" Why is momentum only now emerging? "
Because the multiples are pleasing. An increase in net profit of 1,439.97 % is not something you see every day. It's great to see how free cash flow and the EBIT margin will increase over the next few years.
And the P/E ratio for 2027 falls to 18.4.
My dears, you have to look several times to see that.
What do you think
" Is the momentum continuing and has the pearl been discovered?" ????
I look forward to everyone's views in the comments.

Amicus Therapeutics, Inc. is a biotechnology company focused on the discovery, development and delivery of novel drugs for rare diseases. Its two marketed therapies are Galafold, the first orally administered monotherapy for people with Fabry disease who have susceptible genetic variants, and Pombiliti + Opfolda, a novel treatment to enhance uptake of the active enzyme into key disease-relevant tissues for adults suffering from late-stage Pompe disease. As an orally administered monotherapy, Galafold is designed to bind to and stabilize an endogenous alpha-galactosidase A (alpha-gal A) enzyme in patients with genetic variants identified as amenable in a Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) cell-based amenability test. Pombiliti + Opfolda consists of a uniquely designed rhGAA enzyme, cipaglucosidase alfa-atga, with an optimized carbohydrate structure to enhance lysosomal uptake, administered in combination with miglustat, which acts as an enzyme stabilizer.

Overview of Pompe disease
Late-onset Pompe disease is a rare, inherited genetic disorder caused by a mutation in the GAA gene and a deficiency in the enzyme α-glucosidase.
~5,000-10,000 people diagnosed worldwide
- Respiratory failure is a major cause of mortality.
- GAA deficiency leading to lysosomal glycogen accumulation and cell dysfunction
- Symptoms include systemic muscle weakness that worsens over time
- Significantly underdiagnosed
- ~$1.5 billion+ in global Pompe-ERT sales
Global Pompe Market
- Growth in the global Pompe disease market continues to be driven by the diagnosis of new patients.
- Global Pompe market of approximately $1.5 billion in 2024 and expected to exceed $2 billion by 2029
- More than 4,000 Pompe patients are estimated to be treated with ERT3 worldwide
Pombiliti + Opfolda Profile The only two-component therapy for the treatment of Pompe disease
Phase 3 PROPEL study showed average improvement in 6MWD and stabilization of FVC in patients switching from standard therapy.
