Are there any $OHB (+1,95 %) shareholders who do NOT accept the offer and keep the shares?

I would be interested in the reason of course 😀

I am considering holding on to a small part of the shares. In my opinion, there are completely different valuations lying dormant here in the long term.

So, all 500 $OHB shares are for sale and have already been transferred to interim shares. It's money time 💰💰💰

@bz2023 This should all work automatically as soon as the regulatory matters have been dealt with. I was going to write to KKR to see if they have any dates yet. I'm not sure whether the interim shares are entitled to dividends. If not, I would like to have the OHB money slowly to invest elsewhere.

$OHB consolidated financial statements 2023

The Management Board and Supervisory Board will propose to the Annual General Meeting

2023 will propose a dividend of EUR 0.60 per share, as in the previous year.

The voluntary public takeover offer by Orchid Lux HoldCo S.à r.l.

is progressing according to plan. At the present time, the

investment control approvals from three out of ten countries are still pending.

I mean the price was all the time at around 33 €. Do not know the share but then went up. Guess due to the offer or takeover rumors. That would be 11 € more than the average of the whole year. Aufjedenfall nen attractive offer

@cashmitkopf Do not know the balance sheet but I would sell from the course. Best still ifs goes, the abitrage chance exploit and buy a few for 42 € to sell then at 44 🙃(hihihi.)
