Austria has decided to rely on Leonardo and is buying twelve M-346FAs. The total package, including maintenance and service, generates around 1.5 billion in revenue for Leonardo. Delivery is scheduled for 2028 🛫

As far as tanks and vehicles are concerned, Leonardo works very closely with Rheinmetall in a joint venture. The takeover of Iveco Defense is also pending.
