Your mini-positions are probably stock gifts; as for the rest, you might want to consider how to spread out any additional purchases—after all, the U.S. stocks are also included in the ETF. Otherwise, the number is up to you—as many as you can keep track of with reasonable effort without losing sight of the big picture.
