While the $CALN (-1,05 %)-share price is moving steadily downwards to the right, shareholders were informed today:
"We take your feedback on the shareholder gift very seriously. We know that the pyjama gift was appreciated by many. Nevertheless, in our view, the associated tax risks and the immense administrative burden outweigh the benefits. Against this background, a discount voucher is a very good and practicable solution. We are currently examining how we can further optimize the shareholder gift for you in the future."
This has been communicated more honestly before: The pyjama gift was simply too expensive since it was promoted so intensively on Instagram and so on.
But okay, so the pyjamas aren't coming back. Let's hope that there are creative minds out there who will come up with something else nice.
