DeFi Tech / Valour on B3 stock exchange

$DEFI (-4,82 %) celebrates its strategic entry on the Brazilian stock exchange B3 in São Paulo with its subsidiary Valour, funnily enough with a bell ringing at the end of the trading day on Friday, December 19, 2025.

What was introduced?

  • DEFT31 BDRs from $DEFI, representing the DEFT shares listed on NASDAQ
  • 5 digital ETPs from Valour (BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, SUI)

This is Valour's first step outside of Europe. $DEFI (-4,82 %) This marks Valour's strategic entry into an important market with a population of over 200 million.

$DEFI (-4,82 %) is the biggest loss-maker in my portfolio. How do you see the potential in 2026 for $DEFI (-4,82 %) ? Has the bottom already been reached?

@Tenbagger2024 As far as I know, you are also invested, so I would be very interested in your opinion. I should actually realize the losses, but I still have hope that the turnaround will come next year.

Merry Christmas to everyone and a peaceful, contemplative holiday season (in Germany without the stock market).

What is really critical at the moment are the class action lawsuits against DeFi. Plaintiffs can join until the end of January 2026 if they believe they are affected. Then on Monday, director Stefan Hascoet resigned and left the board. These are all signs of very choppy waters. What's more, the forecasts have probably been trimmed down quite a bit, which investors and the market didn't like at all. The first share price targets have already been revised sharply downwards by analysts. It's really difficult to say what will happen in 2026. I've been thinking several times this week about pulling out the remaining capital. But I decided to wait until February/March 2026. After all, I'm still convinced of the company's goal and idea.

Yes, it makes me very sad. Because I pulled many users along with my euphoria. And then a lot of unfortunate factors came together. I hope things calm down for the company soon. And with rising Bitcoin, Defi should also benefit. I will remain invested. But I'm not buying any more for the time being

@Tenbagger2024 That's why everyone here DYOR ‼️du doesn't need to have a guilty conscience, especially not at Christmas. With such volatile stocks a la hot and greasy, I only ever go in with small positions. A drawdown like that doesn't bother me. There is no downside in the portfolio. It should never affect the portfolio as a whole. Always be aware of this

@toscho Exactly. Everyone should and must make their own decisions here. I also only entered here with a small position.

@Tenbagger2024 Don't worry, we are all acting at our own risk here. The fact that DEFI is not a blue chip, but a risk position, should have been clear to everyone who got involved.
I still have hope and am still invested, albeit with a comparatively small amount.

@Tenbagger2024 Don't worry about it. You don't have a crystal ball and have only evaluated and presented the company with the means at your disposal.
And I'm sure I'll make up the 35% minus over time. 😉

@TradingHase
I really hope so. Not that you and the bunny family have to go hungry. I wish you my dear and the bunny family a Merry Christmas. And I'm glad you're part of the community.

I am invested, unfortunately also currently with a large minus. I will continue to hold until the next quarterly figures. At the current price, an additional purchase would be an option, but I'm still hesitant at the moment.
Let's hope the rocket still ignites in 2026 🚀

I only have a small position, so the -56% doesn't bother me either, but I'll be adding to it soon
