I see risks already priced into the stock, such as high debt, low operating margins, and operational issues.
I’m optimistic about the expansion of the rail network and the increased transport of heavy military equipment to the East. I also find the focus on efficiency interesting, especially given rising diesel prices, which make rail more attractive. Rail is increasingly establishing itself as an alternative, more environmentally friendly, and cheaper mode of transportation than the car.
