Hallo, ich habe am 18.8.23 eine Mitteilung von Scalable Capital erhalten, das für meine Gazprom ADRS eine Kapitalmaßnahme zum Umtausch von sanktionierten Gattungen möglich wird. Heißt das, dass ich die original Aktien bekomme? Wo kann ich dann die Aktien eventuell verkaufen? Hat jemand genauere Informationen? Ich bin aus dem Schreiben nicht schlau geworden!🤔$GAZP

Hello, I received a notice from Scalable Capital on 8/18/2013 that a corporate action will be possible for my Gazprom ADRS to exchange sanctioned classes. Does this mean that I will get the original shares? Where can I possibly sell the shares then?

Does anyone have more detailed information?

I have not figured out from the letter!🤔$GAZP

I read in my letter that it works only if you have a deposit in a Russian bank.

I am still waiting for this letter. Exchange the shares and leave them for 20 years. However, you also have to exchange the shares so that they can be sold.

@KleinviehmachtMist What I do not understand in the letter is only something about a settlement offer! In addition, one should give as proof the selling price. I have but only a purchase price, since a sale is not possible! In the instruction is then also only, that one accepts the offer completely or partially. Nowhere a word of it that one gets the original shares booked, still a compensation price. The total black box!

@Smartshopper I would simply have used a price that was acceptable to me. After all, there are already 2 years of dividends missing.

ADRs were converted to ruble ordinary shares in my case and are in an eruopean depository (don't have a russian bank account, everything runs through Maxblue) - trading is not possible and I don't receive any dividends.
