Hello, I received a notice from Scalable Capital on 8/18/2013 that a corporate action will be possible for my Gazprom ADRS to exchange sanctioned classes. Does this mean that I will get the original shares? Where can I possibly sell the shares then?

Does anyone have more detailed information?

I have not figured out from the letter!🤔$GAZP

I read in my letter that it works only if you have a deposit in a Russian bank.

I am still waiting for this letter. Exchange the shares and leave them for 20 years. However, you also have to exchange the shares so that they can be sold.

@KleinviehmachtMist What I do not understand in the letter is only something about a settlement offer! In addition, one should give as proof the selling price. I have but only a purchase price, since a sale is not possible! In the instruction is then also only, that one accepts the offer completely or partially. Nowhere a word of it that one gets the original shares booked, still a compensation price. The total black box!

ADRs were converted to ruble ordinary shares in my case and are in an eruopean depository (don't have a russian bank account, everything runs through Maxblue) - trading is not possible and I don't receive any dividends.
